We require 70% upfront to begin any project and the remaining 30% upon completion, before final delivery and launch. This protects both parties and ensures commitment. For enterprise projects, we can arrange milestone-based payments.

We accept bank transfers (NGN), Paystack, Flutterwave, and for international clients — PayPal and wire transfers. Receipts and invoices are provided for all payments.

No. The price we quote is the price you pay. We're transparent about what's included in each plan, and any optional add-ons are clearly listed. You'll never receive an unexpected invoice.

Because we begin work immediately after receiving the upfront payment, we do not offer refunds once the project has started. However, we guarantee 100% satisfaction with unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.

• Enterprise/Custom: 21+ days (varies by complexity)
These are working days, and we always provide a detailed timeline before starting.

Yes. All plans include free maintenance for a limited period (14 days for Starter, 30 days for Standard, 6 months for Business, 12 months for Enterprise). After that, you can subscribe to our monthly maintenance plan for ₦30,000/month, which includes security updates, weekly backups, uptime monitoring, and priority support.

We don't disappear. You'll receive a handover session where we show you how to update your site, add content, and make basic changes. We remain available via email and WhatsApp for questions. If you're on a maintenance plan, we handle all technical updates automatically.

Yes. We build with content management in mind. You'll be able to update text, images, add blog posts, and manage basic content without touching code. We provide a short training session (recorded) and written documentation.

Hosting is not included in our plans, but we can recommend reliable Nigerian and international hosting providers. We can also handle the setup and configuration for you. If you're unsure, we'll guide you to the best option for your specific needs and budget.
